Problems with a Wubi install (no such device...)

Greetings!

I just started trying a Wubi install tonight, that install was done successfully (I have Windows 7, and did a Wubi install with the last installer from the website), but when I did all the upgrades (and grub upgrade also), Ubuntu asked to reboot, and I clicked yes, but now when system boot, starts to show "no such device: 9839780d-73d2-4ce0-a10a-952b58389ecd" and the "grub rescue>" prompt.

I read about using a LiveCD, but I don't know if any Ubuntu LiveCD (i have an Ubuntu 8.03 LiveCD)

Make sure you do not update grub packages in future and apply the permanent fix mentioned in the thread.
