this is becoming very disappointing, if this wont run a simple thing like duel monitors I may as well go back to windows. I have tried to different video cards, first one was a BGF 9500 GT 1GB no joy after changing appearance to get some icandy,it said you need to install better driver so I let it. Then reboot, sure now no gnome GUI just text base interface. So on to the next card after 2 more install tries. Card two 6600 Nvida same dame thing. Is there not a good Nvida driver that has 3D support, that won't screw up? I have tried 32bit ubuntu 10.10 & x64 ubuntu 10.10.
