palimpsest alternative

Hi all!
I want to create an encrypted partition on my USB pendrive.
I notice that for ubuntu there is a wonderful tool called palimpsest, but for kubuntu there is no way to do the same, because the only similar tool, called partitionmanager, doesn't let me to encrypt the partition.

So, the question is: is there a KDE palimpsest alternative to encrypt partition?
I prefer only GUI way at the moment...
