Increase persistence

When I made my usb drive I only made it 2gb persistence using usb creator. Is it possible to change it to using the entire drive without having to redo it all over again?

I have not heard of a method to increase the size of a casper-rw file but you might be able to create a new blank one mount it and copy or rsync the data from the old one to it.
You would do this while booted from the Live CD.
