Change which monitor notification bubble shows up

I am using Ubuntu 10.10 on a laptop with an external monitor as my primary screen.

I managed to move the gnome panels to the external monitor, but the notification bubble still shows up on the laptop screen, which I often can't notice.

Is there a way to make it show up on the external monitor?

The notification applets work via the Gnome panel , I think you will need to add a panel to the external monitor and add what applets you would like from the add to panel menu.

I have already moved the top panel to the external monitor. I use docky so I don't have a bottom panel. There is no panel on the laptop screen.
