We are the student counsil of Computer Science in our University in Dominican Republic http://www.intec.edu.do/ , (site is in spanish only) , and we we'll like to order a lot of CD"s to give away in talks and conferences. The problem we see is that sadly our mailing system gives a very poor service, packages get lost, they are late, and by late I mean many months later.
So I was thinking of alternative mails for example certified mail is more secure, or even a courrier mail.
for example We may take some money from our fund and pay a courrier mail from Miami, (I do that all the time to buy hardware) and then instead of giving the CD's away free of charge, ask for a contribution to pay back the shipping bill.
Could someone tell me who I have to speak to, to coordinate something like this?
