I think the only effect of the visa-wikileaks issue is that people couldnt donate to wikileaks, hence the hacktivism. As far as functionality went, it didnt effect whether or not you could use your card. That wouldnt accomplish much.

In any event, I fully support these efforts. I think its going to escalate as well. I believe the major governments are going to push for major net censorship and regulation(Just speculating, really), which means retaliation by the people who want to live in a free society.

Ironically these "attacks" will only provide governments with more ammunition in the battle for increased censorship and regulation.

You've got to admire how well Operation Payback are organised, though.
