hi, this is a suggestion for a future Ubuntu app: "Buntubook".
a wholly new facebook style app, but built from day one on user-security, encryption built in.
will only accept connections from other *buntu/linux distros, and will attempt to rout only through linux servers.
not as a money making tool, but a slow growing secure communications network, defended by the very programmers themselves, in an open-source format.
it might never be amazingly popular, but it will give impetus for people to switch over from.

btw, anyone know when Nvidia are going to sort out their drivers for 10.10?
