I'm not sure I'm posting in the right section with this. But I think it's video driver related so.
What i need to do is limit the buffer flipping to the vsync. I'm not eve sure I'm saying this right...

The issue I have:
I can get my game to install and run under wine with very few issues. However @ idle it hogs 100% of one of my cpu cores, hoses system performance and the interface stutters like it hangs a little bit. A post on the eve forums/linux mentions

you can cap framerate and thereby reduce CPU loading by forcing buffer flipping to occur on vsync only. This is done in the graphics driver settings
On my desktop computer, as with the user that posted that, it'd done in the nvidia settings. I can't find anything like that for the intel driver.

I'm not shy about editing conf files either. So gimme what ya got plz :)
