Is PAN Newsreader still being developed?

Does anyone know whether the PAN newsreader software is still being actively developed? The web site (http://pan.rebelbase.com/) doesn't appear to have been updated or a new beta release made in two years.

I'll bump this once.

I did email the contacts listed on the Pan web site with a question as to continued development, but have not as yet received a response. If I hear anything I will make an additional post.
