View Full Version : [ubuntu] Can I change the size of the password dots?

I've seen this obscurely referred to in passing a couple of times, but no real focus has been given to the issue. It's really not a huge deal, but it's just one of those little cosmetic nuisances that chaps my a$$ every time I see it.

After upgrading a while back from Lucid 10.04 to Maverick 10.10, I've been noticing there are these new smaller placeholder dots in all the password fields. There were previously nice big, pleasing-to-the-eye password dots in Lucid, and now there are these minuscule pin-dots that are painful to look at in Maverick.

Surely there is some config setting to change the size of the password dots? I'm curious if there is any way to revert the password dots back to the larger, more visually attractive ones like in Lucid, or is this such a deeply embedded "feature" that I'm just going to have to swallow it and live with it?
