Season Greetings,
Just want to say what an awesome project Kubuntu desktop 4.3 is! Here's my snag...
I would like to using my wedding pictures in the *tiff format as the sliding desktop background. I know kubuntu is capable of setting *tiff as a solitary picture on the background. I had to go in on the add box and remove all the existing extensions and type in *tiff and viola!...I was able to add one.
The sliding background feature uses folders to pull the images from, but it didn't "see" the tiff in there. It's clear that I can work with *tiff, but it looks like some feature isn't enabled to really see the tiffs. Is there a package I need to install?
