Kshowmail4 in Ubuntu 10.04

Hello:

I installed kshowmail_4.0.1-1~lffl~ppa_i386.deb using Gdebi.
It was downloaded from:
https://launchpad.net/~ferramroberto/+archive/testing/+build/1893023 (https://launchpad.net/%7Eferramroberto/+archive/testing/+build/1893023)

This was linked from
"Solution and equivalent for Mailwasher" (Patrick70 on 17th October 2010 in General Help)

When I run it, and try to refresh accounts, I get "Unknown Error". The protocol is POP3. and Port 110 is in use.

Any ideas where to look for errors?
