I had just install ubuntu 10.10 and i downloaded a game from the ubuntu software center to see if the new version of ubuntu fixed some old problems and it does. While i was playing the game it froze and had an error i couldn't get out of it so i pushed the the button on my computer to turn it off. When i turned it back on when ever i used rhythmbox or movie player to play my music it would play as if i kept it on fast forward and no sound would come out what do i do?
