Hello friends,
I am literally desperate. Out of nowhere my computer does not recognize usb ports either cdrom. the lsusb shows that nothing is plugged into USB ports. I've seen in several forums and haven't a response that worked for me. Neither the cd-rom to be recognized. I was in the setup and when I type it says f3 "BIOS not found". Is taking too long initialization of a Ubuntu that i installed 3 days. but it starts and the internal HD is normal recognized. I would like first to make the usb work, or the cdrom to reinstall Ubuntu. If you do not get any of it, is to reinstall ubuntu creating a partition on the hd and getting through it. I am inexperienced in ubuntu, but I love Ubuntu.
Please help me because this is the work computer.
