Please suggest a good tutorial(PDF appreciated) that deeply explains about programming with GTK, GLADE, C++ (and C; GTK uses C) integrated...

Gtk + C++ makes Gtkmm (www.gtkmm.org)

The gtkmm is pretty good for starters-> link (http://library.gnome.org/devel/gtkmm-tutorial/unstable/index.html)
Also take a look at Gtk+ tutorials, they help a lot->link (http://www.gtk.org/documentation.html)(scrolled down to "Tutorials")

Glade3 just creates an XML file you load with a library call in your program's initialization code to get your UI layout.

The only decent tutorial I've found for Glade3 is:
