Hi All,

I've tried to burn two cds now and I still get the same problem when trying to boot and install linux. Sometimes I will make it to the language selection screen other times I will not.

Most of the time when trying to boot from CD I get a blank screen with a flashing underscore.

Other times I will choose to install linux and then it will end up going back the the blank screen with the flashing underscore.

Any thoughts? I've tried burning the CD at the slowest speed possible.

Could you tell us your configuration. Is the processor 64 bit too...

I've had issues since 9.04 when trying to create an install CD. I find that putting the image on a USB stick and installing from there to be a lot less error-prone.
