I need help to be able to update using Update Manager

When I run update manager I get the following error.
I have google but I can not get read off it.

Has this been happening for long? It's possible the sites are down temporarily.
On the other hand you can untick them for the moment in Software Sources, or, if they are no longer needed you can delete them.
