Hi All,
I had software raid runing (raid 1). One disk failed.
Raplaced tje disk, rebuild raid and was up and runiing again. But, it tooks many hours before the raid was rebuild.
I also have a disk copier in hardware, a ninja dedicate device, wich is capable of copying a disk very fast. Did that, so I have two disks that are an exact copy. Now I want to place them in my server and put them in raid directly WITHOUT the need of a very long raid repair. Both disks are already having the correct data.
Can anyone please help me in the right direction. Did many searches but no luck so far.
