Those are the 2 drives I immediately think of when I think good SSD's.
When I think good value for money I would normally say that the Intel one sucks, but that's a brilliant deal on that. The OCZ drive is also a great deal normally (and even better in this case), but here I would have to say that both are good deals.
OCZ vertex 2 is very good for a system drive (systems write small pieces of data often, not large pieces, so you want good speeds with smaller files).
The intel drive I haven't heard as much about, but I know that it is one of the best.
If the intel drive doesn't support TRIM, get the OCZ (I know the OCZ supports trim, but am not completely sure about the intel one).

Keep in mind SSD prices are falling rapidly and they are getting more reliable every month. I wouldn't advise buying one right now, but if you need to buy one now, look for anything with a Sand Force controller.
