I'm using Kubuntu 10.04 and was just trying to add a couple of icons to the bottom left of the panel when things seemed ot go awry.
The system tray and clock don't seem to want to sit anywhere but the left now - I drag them over to their original place and they ping back.
How does this all work and how can I set things back to the default but hopefully with System Settings and firefox icon on the bottom left? 11.15 pm here now and I'm tempted as it was a fresh install to install again in the morning unless I see a reply in the meantime. But as I might make the same mistake it might be an idea to learn how this panel works.
I was using Mint 9 KDE before and none of that happened, fluke or otherwise.
