how to retrive the login name

By mistake I enabled the login password option, without noting the username of the PC. Is there any way that I can retrive the login name.
Ubuntu version is 9.04

If you can't remember at all - boot into recovery mode. From the recovery menu - root prompt, then do


ls /home

You'll get a list - should find it there
