i got warning like bootstrap failed will try 5 times
continue?
install without a kernel[only for experts]
then it select and install software wait...
keeps on waiting?
it said from this cd it cannot install packages.
probably downloading them
but it stays at 5% since a long time.
nothing seems to be running.

why this installer does not have a vesa X server kernel?

i have 2 hhds in my desktop
they were connected as primary + cd/dvd reader/writer and secondary slave hdd.
i changed to secondary master hdd and then it installs correctly the kubuntu-10.10.
it downloaded necessary kernel and now kde4 work nicely.
hardware configuration looks very important for this installer.
now it solved installing.
i am trying to install kde3 from trinity repo
apt has agreed to install and downloading 690 odd mb packages.:)

also trying kde3 in my laptop ubuntu-10.10-netbook install
