I'm trying to remember a famous US court case
The only thing I remember about it is, I think, that one of the parties was convicted, partially because they were not able to produce certain information (email ?) relevant to the case
The case is often referred to in terms of its relevance (as a precedent ?) concerning corporate security policy, possibly re the "compliance" chapter in ISO 17799 (27001, 27002)
it's usually referred to by a name of the form "foo & bar" - I have something in my head that sounds like "Baynes & Noble" but that isn't it.
I googled around a bit, but so far no success.
I've been trying to remember this for several days now, but it keeps escaping me.
(must be getting old)
help ?
