I updated and now grub has gone

Hi Ubuntu community, today i made a few updates and now i am stuck into windows :(

I have Windows Xp, and installed ubuntu 10.04 using wubi. I was using ubuntu, updates poped up, and after they finished i restarted and...crash!

Now, if i try to run ubuntu instead of Windows my pc will reset. I have tried to make a bootable ubuntu version into my pendrive and to use Super GRUB2 Disk, but cant launch any of them.

Any idea of how to solve this problem? Maybe it ispossible to install grub from windows?

There are some "unspoken rules" when using Wubi.

Before installation defrag your windows system or preferably install to another partition.

Wubi Isn't the best way to run Ubuntu... It quite often has issues after updating <--- Voila !!

You will probably have to uninstall Ubuntu from within windows an re-install.
