Either the xbmc repository is down for maintenance or they have changed the path to the packages.gz file.
Looking at this: http://wiki.xbmc.org/index.php?title=HOW-TO_install_XBMC_for_Linux_on_Ubuntu,_a_Step-by-Step_Guide it seems to be correct. Just give it a day or two. Or remove the repository if you don't really need it.

ok I know this is off topic.....but what desktop theme are you using? That is cool!

:p, hi , i'm using "t-ish brushed-bright" theme, and uses macbuntu for docky :P
