Hi,
I know that ubuntu netbook is GNOME and I should not use KDE applications with it. But I did not find any GNOME alternative for kile that suits me. So I am stuck with kile.
But whenever one changes the subwindows within kile, like changing from one tex file to another or opening the file open/save as dialog, a strange behavior occurs: The main focus flips through all my main windows for about 10s. After that I can change focus back to kile and the new file is selected.
Anyone else having this problem? Any solution?
