I am having problems with my ipod 2nd generation. I am using pinguy 10.10 and also Ubuntu 10.10 and when i plug my ipod it says "DBus error org.freedesktop.DBus.Error.NoReply: Message did not receive a reply (timeout by message bus)" . I use to play my ipod and delete and add files but now this problem appears how can i solve this problem. If i am in the wrong forum can someone help me to move plz i am new in the forums...:P

Yeah dude I'm having the same problem, I had 10.04 and the ipod worked fine, I upgraded to 10.10 and it kept working.
But after I did a clean install for 10.10 I haven't been able to mount my IPT 2g. I've look it up but couldn't find a solution.
