When I tried to uninstall Xubuntu using Konsole after installing the Kubuntu desktop I got the following messages.
Package ibus-pinyin-db-open-phrase is not installed, so not removed
Package pinyin-database is not installed, so not removed
Some packages could not be installed. This may mean that you have
requested an impossible situation or if you are using the unstable
distribution that some required packages have not yet been created
or been moved out of Incoming.
The following information may help to resolve the situation:
The following packages have unmet dependencies:
libschroedinger-1.0-0 : Depends: liborc-0.4-0 (>= 0.4.6) but it is not going to be installed
E: Broken packages
I used Wubi to install Xubuntu originally on a dual boot with Windows Vista.
