I just opened my account on Launchpad and says that I am not an ubuntero. I realized that I have seeing some people saying they are ubunteros I though that is was just a phrase like modonauts, but I thinkt aht it might mean something else. Any one cares to explain

Actually an ubuntero is someone who has signed the ubuntu codes of conduct. Search for the code of conduct in launchpad and you'll find more information about these and how to digitally sign doccuments. (Presuming you don't know how to yet)
