Here is a link to an image of the monitor screen:

A few weeks ago, I installed Ubuntu 9.04 and had it working fine. I had an issue with installing an emulator, and people suggested getting the newest version of ubuntu, so I did. From this website, I downloaded the following ISO file:
ubuntu-10.04-desktop-powerpc+ps3 (683MB)
This PART file was also downloaded: ubuntu-10.04-desktop-powerpc+ps3.iso.part (119MB)
I burned the ISO file to a CD (following the same process I did for 9.04, which worked fine). I did the routine tasks on the PS3 to get ubuntu on:
1) formatted and alotted 10GB to other OS
2) installed other os
3) specified other os as the default os
4) restarted the system
Everything worked to that point. It let me go through 7 steps of the ubuntu installation. The bar in step 7 reached 100% and prompted be to restart. I removed the disk, restarted, and was brought to the screen. When I press enter at the kboot prompt, it just jumps to the next line and gives me another kboot prompt.
