I just installed Ubuntu 9.10, I have used this ditro before but went to openSUSE. I`m now dual-booting Ubuntu and openSUSE.

The question I have is if I upgrade to 10.04 will I then be able to upgrade to 10.10. The dual partion I`m sure is no problem. I just need to know if there is an upgrade to 10.10 from the 10.04 upgrade that is included from the update area of 9.10. Otherwise I`ll need to download 10.10 to CD and intall from disk.

OK ..again the question is.... is there is an upgrade to 10.10 from 10.04 or will I be required to use the LiveCD download to get the 10.10 upgrade?

9.10 to 10.04 to 10.10 to 11.04 with no problem and you can go from LTS to LTS they put
out every 2 years. Enjoy. Glad you are looking at apt-get and leaving zypper for a bit.
