Hey, about 2 weeks ago i put Linux Ubutu 10.10 Maveric Meerkat onto my System (Duel boot with win XP). When i first started up my Pc everything was running 100% no problems, then after a while when i booted up my pc it came up with a error saying that the devise in port % <- (Number) was not working. After taking out all the USB devises the port i narrowed it down to my "belkin Wireless G Dongle). Now, Sometimes my PC boots up fine and sometimes it will come up the this error but carry on loading Ubuntu (64 Bit).

Long story cut short: My Computer does not pick up any networks in the area, and does not detect my Dongle.

Many thanks, Sorry for the long explanation.

I have read here serveral times that there a problems with 10.10 64 bit. I will recommend that you downgrade to 10.04 32 bits.

We can do better than that!
How about giving us the output from these three commands.

lsusb
iwconfig
lsmod
