Firefox has no windows manager.

I am running Ubuntu 10.04, and what I have recently come to notice is tht when I open Firefox (3.6) there is no window manager around it that would allow me to resize, close, or minimize the program.

Any idea how this occurred, and any fool proof solutions.

Try pressing F11

That worked! thanks, so strange that now after pressing F11, and then maximising the window the windows manager appears.
