Hey everyone!
I'm new to ubuntu. I bought a laptop (Lenovo ThinkPad T410 DOS) and a mouse (Lenovo Bluetooth Laser Mouse). Ubuntu is working fine but my mouse doesn't work at all.
Can anyone help me?

Hi.

No one has yet replied so I am offering a link and bumping your thread as well so some experienced user who uses the same mouse might jump in :-)

http://www.ubuntugeek.com/howto-setup-bluetooth-keyboard-and-mouse-in-ubuntu.html

The link itself is pretty much explanatory and it might work for you.

Good Luck!

I was able to configure the ThinkPad Bluetooth Laser Mouse by Lenovo (JL 0510) using the default bluetooth device discovery wizard.

Step 1: Press the bluetooth visibility button at the back of the mouse.
Step 2: Left click the bluetooth icon
Step 3: Select preferences
Step 4: Click setup new device

Make sure you run the steps quick enough so not to loose the visibility of the mouse. The above should aid you in configuring the mouse and be up and running in a minute.

the preceding applies to Ubuntu 10.04 (not upgraded). I am not sure if it is going to work on other variants.
