Extreme Lagg in games on 9.10

I have lag in games in 9.10 but when i had 8.04 games was working fine anyone have a idea of whats happened.i have an ATI mobility u1 radeon or 320 it has 128mb ram well shared ram which can be changed throught the BIOS.I dont want to go back to 8.04

lag how so? you mean slow fps or you have slow internet on an online game.

What Graphics Card are you using?

Some old Radeon Graphics Cards only use the Open Source Drivers which may not have the same Performance as the Closed Source Drivers.

And what Games are you trying to play?

ATI radeon mobility u1 ive tried the fglrx driver but it makes it even worse
im just trying to play a game called enemylines 7 which has bad graphics.
P.S.
ive upgraded to 10.04 still got the same problem also the app closes if it cant handle it
