strange screen display

I started to use Ubuntu Linux in my computer because it's free but my problem is this.

I captured it using my camera cuz the COMPUTER desktop became double including the mouse and with stripe lines.
but when I take screenshot in my computer and upload it to transfer into my laptop it's clear.

Someone reported the same thing a few hours ago and asked if anyone had the same problem . Very strange , two cases show up today .
