I've had good experiences with Hauppauge to be honest. Search for them at Radioshack or Amazon. Yes, they do have models with DTV compatibility. Keep in mind, DTV can't be recorded by a screen recorder, it results in "dead space." (Much like trying to record an encrypted DVD, Screen shotting it, or doing the same with a WMV9.)

"Dead Space," is a term I use for the space that will mimic anything that's behind its parent window, usually images on image database sites like safebooru do this rarely (often just a few pixels.)
