How to install OTRS3 in Ubuntu 10.10??

As you may be aware, OTRS2 is available from the standard repository in maverick.

If you need version 3 however, you need to download the source code and follow the installation instructions. They are more or less adapted for fedora/suse, but it should be *almost* the same in Ubuntu. So I think it is easier that you try to follow them, and if there is something you can't figure out, ask about that specifically. Unless someone has done it, remembers the exact steps, and happens to read this thread, of course :)
