I would hate to have you at the head of my business. MS biggest legit market is probably the US & EU. The rest of the world is a piracy haven where legal copies are mostly found in business.

It would be refreshing for the industry if ms followed your advice though ;)

Puh-lease. If I was Gates, I would have liquidated and shut down Microsoft years ago and left all of the Windows lusers stranded; that would really give them something to whinge about. It's not like I'd need to stay in business; I'd already have a metric shitload of money.

Fine. My choice, in Gates' place, is to refuse to let others abuse me any longer, to demonize me just for making it to the top of the heap and doing my best to remain on top. Why should I bother to do business with people who despise me?
