Hey all- New to Ubuntu but loving it!! I screwed up on installing Google Earth. Seems it is installed on my desktop. It is not in the usr/local. I have a Google-googleearth.desktop on my desktop with an X and lock on it.
When I click on the Icon in the Applications/Internet it gives an error:
Google Earth could not write to the current cache or My Places file location. The values will be set as follows:
My Places Path: "/home/keith/.googleearth"
Cache Path: "/home/keith/.googleearth/Cache"
When you click ok- it opens briefly and then closes.
Any help would be appreciated.
