Update Manager recommends some 30 or so updates, of which many are KDE-related.
I used to have Kubuntu awhile ago, but changed to regular Ubuntu following psychocats tutorials a few weeks ago http://www.psychocats.net/ubuntu/puregnome I did re-install K3b for a stable ripping-program, but don't have too many KDE-applications apart from that.
So how do I know all of those suggested KDE-updates are really needed?
I can't imagine they are all for the benefit of just K3b and 1 or 2 more K-programs?
