Hi:

I have a Fujitsu t4010 Tablet PC and the bios has no setting for USB DVD's even though it found it automatically when I loaded Puppy Linux 431. Since Grub 2 worked so well the last time I used it I decided to install Puppy first and then Xubuntu 10.10 . I assumed that since it found the live Puppy cd it would do the same for Xubuntu but no cigar. I believe there is a bios upgrade that would fix this but unless there is a way to upgrade the bios from Puppy as you can with Winflash it would do me little good. Any ideas how to upgrade the bios or at least get Grub to allow the Xubuntu Livecd to boot?

It asks if i want to copy Grub to fd0 which I presume is the DVD, does that make sense?
If so there should be a way to access it but I have no clue how.
