Radio tray not launching on Maveric

Works fine on my other machines, but nothing happens with this one, I am wondering if it something to do with panels?

Have you tried adding it by right likcing on the panel and choosing add etc?

Yes it does appear as an option.

You should be able to add it then that should sort it for you.

I think it is launching as I can see it sleeping in task manager, but no other sign of it :confused:
