I'm currently running ubuntu64 and have an iso image of the alternate kubuntu64 cd. After mounting it and adding it to apt using the follwing command:

apt-cdrom -d /media/cdrom1 add

i get the following error message:

Using CD-ROM mount point /media/apt/
Identifying.. [5907baf64d9f4c36a2f9526dc3fbcf72-2]
Scanning disc for index files..
Found 0 package indexes, 0 source indexes, 0 translation indexes and 0 signatures
W: Failed to mount '/dev/sr0' to '/media/apt/'
E: Unable to locate any package files, perhaps this is not a Debian Disc or the wrong architecture?

any suggestions?
