Request: need math tutoring solution

I'm a student doing math A levels, due to circumstances, it's difficult to pay tuition fees. Generally I can understand the explanation provided in the book, but sometimes there are some details that goes unexplained. I'd like to request to know if anyone knows any online service from which I can get occasional help.

I don't know much about UK, but I can share some of my experience in USA, which may be applicable.

1. There is a large number of videos on YouTube of actual lectures of math by real teachers. Some of them would be better than others, but you should probably check them out.

2. When I was a graduate student in Math, our department kept a mailing list of those of us who were willing to engage in private tutoring. We were doing this as a part time thing to help us pull through graduate school, so most of us charged 15 - 20 dollars per hour. On the other hand, many of us were already teaching classes, so we actually had all the qualifications. Check for colleges and universities around you, there would be plenty of poor grad and undergrad students in math that wouldn't mind making an extra buck every now and then.

3. I have heard of places on-line, however, they were all commercial and I would imagine more expensive. I don't remember any of them off the top of my head, but they were all in the USA, so that may be even more of a problem.

EDIT: P.S: Bill Gates uses this to teach his children, and I don't think there is any tuition that guy can't afford. Even he has to admit that free is better sometimes.

What difference does it make. Math is math. If you need someone to go over details of how and why some solution works, it makes no difference where they are from. All that you need is someone who knows math.
