Unity - Can't keep netbean in launcher

I've just installed netbeans but unlike very other applications, I don't have the option to "Keep in Launcher".

Is there a fix or work around for that?

I have the same question, but for me regarding Picasa and TeamViewer (both are Wine apps but I'm not sure that matters).

Am using Maverick Netbook Edition.
