Upgrade to 10.10 stuck on libapache-mod-php5

So, I decided to upgrade from 10.04 to 10.10 and now upgrade manager is just sitting there saying "About 1 minute remaing" with "Setting up libapache-mod-php5 (5.3.3-1ubuntu9.1) ..." in the terminal.

There is not disk or processor activity.

What do I do?
