Hello Ubuntu Forums!

I got my first project. I have to make a KIOSK (what is that? http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Mall_kiosk).
Ive been using Ubuntu for quite a while; and definitely have to use Ubuntu in the KIOSK if I am going to make one.
I bought a touchscreen, an Acer T231H, got running on Ubuntu 10.04

Now, I need to make a user interface;
Most of the KIOSKs have a UI had with Flash and even I good at it; But wine is still not that stable to run these Flash programs without any error.

Ive been thinking of using XMBC put it on as a startup application and make custom skins and scripts; But it has horrible support for touchscreens.

What should I use?
Thanks in Advance

The Enlightenment Foundation Libraries (EFL) could be worth a look. They're being used by a few interesting projects, and seem ideal for touch screen apps.

They're currently in beta, but stable and due for official release very soon.

Not used it but just saw this on DistroWatch:

http://webconverger.com/ who say "Webconverger is the easiest way to deploy Firefox on kiosks for public Internet access."

Thanks!
But I'm not looking for something with public Internet access.
