Linux Theory Test Programs?

Are there programs that will let me do the driving theory and hazard perception tests on linux?

i have a cdrom for Windows, should i install that via Wine?

installing via Wine isnt an option, as the installer doesnt work, it shows up but i think it needs flash or something, tried installing some flash programs and didnt work
